_{General Terms of Service}

Commissions are not first-come-first-serve. If you have a deadline, please let me know so I will let you know if I can finish it in time! Additional fees may apply.Payment is through PayPal. The buyer must pay at least 50% before starting the project and the remaining 50% right before receiving the product. Buyers can also pay fully upfront.I accept payment plans. Minimum payment is 10% and maximum length is 12 months.
If the payment plan takes more than 4 payments there will be an interest rate of 12,5%.
When a payment plan takes more than 6 months, the interest will be 15%.All my prices are in EUROs. The buyer must pay in EUROs through PayPal. I am not responsible for conversion rates or exchange rates.If multiple commissions are waiting, it might take a while before I can start on yours. However, I will send you a message when I start!
Here you can check my waitinglistYou get 1 sketch phase review, where you can edit everything you desire. Then after your 2nd review, if you say "go ahead", I will assume that will be the final version of the product.I think I'm pretty cool and tbh if you think (example given) 250 euros is too much just ask and I'll gladly check if we can lower it to 200.I can reject commissions because of a lack of reference material. The minimum amount of reference material is one full-body illustration, one close-up and one detail, or a backshot of the character.
I am entitled to altering designs if the reference material delivered is insufficient.Mention "Lasagna" during the ordering process to get a 10% discount.In case a client uses a stolen design or idea, I am not responsible for any public backlash, as I am not aware of the stolen design. If I recognize the stolen design, I will make a public statement as I don't condone theft.You can get a full refund within 24 hours of paying me. You can get a 50% refund within 48 hours. You can get a 25% refund anytime before the commission is finished.Do not commission me if you cannot afford me.I remain full rights to reject or cancel orders. If I cancel an order after payment, I will refund 50-80% (based on the reason for cancellation). I expect to be treated with respect and patience.My art and models are not allowed to be used for AI-generated images and NFTsDMCA protects all and every product made by me

_{3D Models}

I will not do high-detail naked bodies (only Barbie doll-like bodies, so no genitalia and nipples).I can not do Mecha outfits by default. Extra fees may apply for that.I can not do gore except 2D drawn on their bodies.I will not make furries. The only exceptions are Cat girls/boys, Bunny girls/boys, and Dog girls/boys.Editorial rights will cost 30% of the original product. This also includes
re-textured models.Commercial rights are included when I don't own the design.I can share clips of the model in use, on my social media accounts, including Twitch clips, funny moments or showcases. I don't need explicit consent to repost each post. All content is publicly posted before reposting.

_{Digital Art}

I will not do Full Mecha art.Gore is fine, but don't expect me to know how organs work.I can do multiple art styles, but I will not purposely copy someone else's art style.Editing my images without my consent is not allowed. I can edit them for you, or please buy editorial rights.Editorial rights costs 50% of the original product.Commercial rights cost 200% of the original product. Do not use my art for merchandise, unauthorized branding, or other commercial uses.
DMCA protects all and every product made by meOriginal files will cost 30% of the original product.

Okay so think of the year 2010... yeah thats me. Furo is 100% based on my personal nostalgia. I grew up in the 2010s so my theme is Y2K. She likes to play on the wii, nintendo 3DS, on computers when the monitors were as thick as the towers, back when windows 98 was the most modern thing in the world e.t.c. Furo enjoys being stuck in her room playing Nintendogs or Crash Bandicoot, so technically she is a shut-in. Her mascot Feta is literally just a mouse she found and Feta is apparently insane, but shes a sweet little goober <3.
(Other than this I dont have any extensive lore. I would LOVE to order a mini comic about their daily life but right now I cant afford it, so I hope you understand)
